Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds on damaged or incorrect orders. All other returns will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be unworn and with all original tags. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return all eligible items.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages. We will provide a shipping label for returned items. Please contact your local post office to inquire about lost packages.
ALL SALE items are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. All Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses & Belts) are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us at support@eighteentwentysixcollection.com within 3 days of delivery. If a replacement item is available, we will reserve it for you until we receive your original item. Otherwise, you will be offered a refund through the original payment method.
